Summit City Signatures

Here at the Fort Wayne Event Center we pride ourselves in our Summit City Signatures. Our signatures come as second nature to our staff and can be expected for each one of our wedding parties. No matter how simple or extravagant your special day is, you can rest assured that our staff cares about you, your guests and the service you all receive. 

  • Summit City Event Service - We take care of all setup, tear down, and cleanup. All tables, chairs, dinner ware, and table linens are included in your discounted rental price of the ballroom.
  • Summit City Head Table Service - The bridal party is serviced with one of our highly trained banquet staff members per every two seated guest at the head table. At the Fort Wayne Event Center the bridal party is the star of the show and we are sure to treat them that way.
  • Midnight Newly Wed Snack Plate - With planning every detail of this special day sometimes the last thing on your mind is what you're going to eat afterwards. Once your reception has ended we will have some sandwiches, snacks, and lemon water waiting in your suite for you.
  • Complimentary Shuttle Service to and from your ceremony site.

 

All Inclusive Wedding Packages:

We offer three wedding packages that include nearly everything you could ask for from your host location. Everything from your dinner, drinks, centerpieces, and everything in between you can find within our all inclusive packages. Contact our Senior Sales Manager, Olivia Moore, for further information. Sapphire : starting at $30 per person

-Your choice of one Elegant Plated Entrée or one Buffet Entrée  selection complete with one vegetable,

one starch, includes salad and bread course. Lemonade and water included.

-Hors D’oeuvres displayed during cocktail hour

(Domestic Cheeses, Vegetable Crudité, & BBQ Meatballs)

-Dance floor

-Champagne toast for Head Table at the reception

-White  or Black table linens

-Three hour host / cash bar service

-Glass mirror tiles with one cylinder vase and two tea light candles for your centerpiece

-Complimentary Bridal Suite the night of your reception when you meet $6,000 in food & beverage 

-Discounted Ballroom Rental Fee

-Discounted group room  rates for traveling friends and family

-Complimentary airport shuttle service

 

Ruby: starting at $40 per person

-Your choice of two Elegant Plated Entrées or two Buffet Entrées selection complete with one vegetable,

one starch, includes salad and bread course. Lemonade and water included.

-Butler passed Hors D’oeuvres during cocktail hour

(Domestic Cheeses, Vegetable Egg Rolls, & BBQ Meatballs )

-Dance floor

-Champagne toast for all guests at the reception with dinner

-White or Black linen tablecloths

-White, Black, or Colored linen napkins

-LCD Projector and  Screen to play slideshow

-Five hour host/cash bar service with unlimited soda for guests

Romantic Bridal Suite

  

This luxurious suite is offered at a discounted rate when you reserve a block of rooms for your out of town guests. You can also get this suite absolutely free of charge if our food and beverage minimum is reached at your reception.
